• A 20% deposit (or £20 whichever is the greater) is required to secure each course booking. Without this deposit we cannot confirm your place on the course.

• The outstanding balance is due on or before your first day of training.

• Deposits are non-refundable. If a course has to be cancelled by P4B Training, this is highly unlikely, you will be offered an alternative date. If an alternative date cannot be found a full refund will be made. 

• It is important that you attend all classes due to the intense nature of the courses and the small group numbers. If you miss any class it is likely you will not meet the assessment criteria and will not pass.

• If you miss any class we are unable to guarantee an alternative - any extra days teaching provided due to you not being able to attend will be charged at a rate of £75 per day, £50 per half day.

• Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs) you are entitled to cancel any course you book and pay for over the telephone/internet and receive a refund providing the cancellation is made up to 7 days from the day of the booking.

• Payments can be made by Card, Cash or Cheque. 

• You will be expected to dress smartly in 'work wear' clothes and wear sensible footwear. 

• P4B Training reserve the right to refuse entry to any student onto its courses. 

• P4B Training cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal possessions whilst on the premises.
